Jones-Drew injured his left foot Oct. 21 at Oakland when he was tackled on the opening play. He started running full speed last week, but his foot didn't respond as well as team trainers had hoped, so risking him in the season finale at Tennessee made no sense.
Jones-Drew ran 13 times for 38 yards in Sunday's 27-10 loss to the Bengals.|||||||
Despite Sunday's effort, Jones-Drew is running for 4.9 yards per carry.
