Reece had been selected as a first alternate for the NFL's all-star game, which will be played at Honolulu's Aloha Stadium next Sunday. Reece played in all 16 games with 14 starts - 10 at fullback and four at running back. He had a career-high 59 rushing attempts for 271 yards, averaging 4.6 yards per carry.
Reece had a career day while filling in for the injured Darren McFadden and Mike Goodson at halfback but the Raiders lost 38-17 to New Orleans on Sunday.|||||||
Reece rushed for 103 yards, 55 more than in any other game, and had four catches for 90 yards. It's unknown if he'll get to try to repeat those efforts Sunday in Cincinnati or if McFadden or Goodson will return from their sprained ankles.
