Silva rejoins the Bills after spending part of last season on the team's practice squad. He was signed by Dallas on Dec. 13 and remained with the Cowboys before being cut last week.
The Dallas Cowboys have put safety Barry Church on season-ending injured reserve and signed Silva as a replacement.|||||||
Silva was an undrafted free agent out of Hawaii this year, spending time on the practice squads in Baltimore and Buffalo.
