Blount had 58 yards and a TD on seven carries Sunday versus Kansas City.||||||| Though Blount is no longer a serious fantasy option, he has a TD in each of the last two games and is seeing more action in the Tampa Bay offense. For the moment, he remains a bye-week fill-in in deeper leagues.

Buccaneers coach Greg Schiano said LeGarrette Blount is not expected to miss much time after injuring a groin late in the second quarter of their 30-7 loss to Tennessee on Friday night.||||||| With the Bucs trailing 20-7 Blount, a starter in the backfield last season, took a hit to his left leg during a second-down run with 2:18 left in the half. He remained down on the field for several minutes before rising to his feet and gingerly walking off flanked by trainers. He didn't return to action, but remained in uniform and sat on the bench throughout the second half. But Schiano said the injury was sustained by how Blount's leg was bent backward.

Blount and receiver Preston Parker have signed exclusive-rights tender offers from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.||||||| Blount led Tampa Bay in rushing the past two seasons, gaining 1,007 yards as a rookie in 2010 and finishing with 781 yards and five touchdowns last year.

Blount had six carries for 12 yards in a 45-24 loss at Atlanta on Sunday.||||||| Blount had 787 yards. He could get more carries next year with coach Raheem Morris relieved of his duties.
