The Falcons reached an agreement with OG Justin Blalock on a new contract Sunday. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports it is a six-year deal.

Blalock has started all 64 games that he's played since Atlanta drafted him in the second round of 2007 out of Texas.
Blalock will start this weekend against Arizona after being inactive for two games, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.|||||||
The Falcons simply decided the rookie needed a break, both emotionally and physically. He has started 12 games this season.
