The Bengals have signed a quarterback, giving Johnson a chance to back up Andy Dalton.||||||| Johnson was Tampa Bay's fifth-round pick in 2008 and played four seasons there, starting five games. He signed with San Francisco last year but was released before the season opener. He signed with Cleveland for the final game last season.

Johnson went 9 of 26 for 156 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions as the Buccaneers lost 35-7 to New England in London on Sunday.||||||| Johnson was taken out midway through the fourth quarter and replaced by rookie Josh Freeman. Johnson likely won't lose his starting job, but you don't want him starting for your fantasy team at this point regardless.

Johnson threw for 240 yards and two TD passes against Philadelphia on Sunday, but he was also picked off three times as Tampa Bay lost 33-14.||||||| “I’m blaming myself right now. Three turnovers, two of them in the red zone,” Johnson said. “They were bringing everybody. They were bringing more than we had protection. They had an extra guy every time. The coaches in the locker room said they had never seen anything like that before.” Johnson has thrown four INTs in two starts.
