The Buffalo Bills signed White to the 53-man roster on Tuesday.|||||||
White was selected in the 2011 fifth round by Buffalo out of North Carolina, and has played in 12 games for the Bills. He was released on Aug. 31. White will fill the roster spot of wide receiver David Nelson, who was placed on injured reserve this week.
White was carted off the field after getting hurt in the third quarter of the Bills' game against the Denver Broncos on Saturday night.|||||||
White appeared to sustain a head or neck injury when linebacker Mario Haggan wrapped him around the waist and flung him to the grass on a first-down play 6 minutes into the second half. White moved his left hand as he was going up the tunnel after players from both teams had gathered around him.
