The Dolphins signed former Jaguars WR John Matthews on Tuesday. They waived WR Brooks Foster.

The Jaguars signed OT Adam Terry, CB Terrence Wheatley and WR John Matthews. They waived QB Todd Bouman, OL Erik Pears and Landon Cohen.
Jaguars place WR Dillard on I.R.
Jarett Dillard's foot injury has healed slower than expected, so he was was placed on injured reserve on Saturday. The team signed WR John Matthews from their practice squad to take Dillard's roster spot.

The Jacksonville Jaguars re-signed Matthews to the practice squad Saturday and waived receiver Clarence Denmark from the practice squad.|||||||
Matthews, who was the team's leading receiver in the preseason, began on the practice squad before being activated Sept. 11 to play in the team's season opener against Denver. He was waived Thursday when the team signed tight end Ernest Wilford.

Matthews spent training camp with the Jaguars before he was waived during final cuts. He finished the preseason with eight receptions for 83 yards and two touchdowns. Matthews signed with Indianapolis as a rookie free agent in 2009 and spent the majority of last season on the practice squad. The Jaguars claimed him off waivers in late July.
