Gilbert, best known for a YouTube video in which he jumps out of the shallow end of a pool and onto the deck, was taken with the 68th overall pick (third round) in this year's draft out of San Jose State. He was the WAC's co-defensive player of the year after finishing with 36 solo tackles and 9.5 sacks. The Bears need a pass rusher after recording only 28.0 sacks last season - tied for third fewest in the NFC.
