Meredith was awarded to the Giants off waivers from Detroit on Monday.||||||| Meredith played in eight games with four starts for the Buffalo Bills in 2009. He played the first two games of this season with the Bills before being waived and claimed by the Lions. Detroit waived the former South Carolina Gamecock on Friday.

The Bills have signed Meredith off Green Bay's practice squad to bolster their banged-up offensive line.||||||| Meredith was drafted in the fifth round by the Packers, but failed to make Green Bay's roster.
