The Kansas City Chiefs have placed Dorsey on injured reserve with a calf injury and added defensive back Neiko Thorpe to the 53-man roster||||||| Dorsey played in just four games this season. He injured his left calf in practice in September and missed four games, then injured his right calf during a 31-13 loss to the Chargers on Nov. 1. The former first-round draft pick finishes the season with seven tackles and no sacks.

Dorsey has limped to the locker room just before halftime against the Buffalo Bills.||||||| Dorsey hobbled off the field late in the second quarter with a knee injury and headed inside after trying to walk it off. His return was questionable.

The Chiefs say rookie defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey should miss about a week after spraining his left knee in practice during the weekend.||||||| An MRI exam showed no additional damage, the Chiefs said Monday at training camp in River Falls, Wis. Dorsey was the fifth overall pick in the draft. The former LSU star signed a $51 million, five-year deal last month. He was hurt when he collided with another lineman during practice. Dorsey is considered vital to rebuilding the defensive line after the departure of Pro Bowl defensive end Jared Allen to Minnesota.

First-round draft pick Glenn Dorsey has agreed to contract terms with the Kansas City Chiefs and was expected at Saturday afternoon's practice.||||||| Dorsey, the fifth overall choice in the 2008 draft, agreed to a five-year deal with an option for a sixth year, Chiefs president Carl Peterson said on Saturday. The Chiefs have agreed to terms with 11 of their 12 draft picks. Still unsigned is tight end Michael Merritt, a seventh-round selection out of Central Florida.
