Indianapolis police say Moala has been arrested for driving while intoxicated, public intoxication and speeding.||||||| The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says Moala was stopped at 2:31 a.m. Friday after an officer noticed his vehicle speeding. A police report says the 25-year-old Moala admitted to an officer that he had "five or six drinks" at a club.
