Jones suffered a knee injury last week, but should see plenty of action this weekend with Murray out with a foot injury. He picked up 74 yards on 20 carries last week.
Jones ran 15 times for 44 yards on Sunday, getting the start in place of the injured DeMarco Murray. But Jones fell to injury himself, staying on the sideline for most of Dallas' last two drives because of a bruised knee.|||||||
Second-year back Phillip Tanner got the majority of the work in Jones' absence, recording 30 yards on 13 carries.

Jones had only three carries in the first four games this season. When Murray broke his right ankle late last season, Jones responded with consecutive 100-yard games. Murray got hurt last week at Baltimore, and Jones finished that game with 18 rushes for 92 yards with a 22-yard touchdown.

Jones, receiver Andre Holmes and newly acquired safety Brodney Pool failed the initial conditioning test Sunday. After two days of remedial running, the trio got another chance Wednesday and passed the test, a series of times sprints. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has said Felix Jones was probably dehydrated during the initial test on the opening day of camp.
