Baldwin had four catches for 53 yards and two touchdowns in the Seahawks' 42-13 victory over San Francisco on Sunday night.|||||||
It was Baldwin's first two-TD game of the season. He had just one catch for eight yards last week.
Baldwin, the Seattle Seahawks' leading receiver a season ago as a rookie, will miss Sunday's game at Detroit with a high ankle sprain. Seattle coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday that Baldwin would not play against the Lions after suffering the injury last Thursday against San Francisco, continuing a season of ailments for the second-year receiver.|||||||
Baldwin was slowed earlier this season by hamstring and shoulder injuries and needed dental surgery following Seattle's season opening loss to Arizona after he dove for a pass and the impact with the ground cracked his front teeth.

He blocked a first-quarter punt that was returned by Michael Robinson 17 yards for a touchdown, then caught a 29-yard TD pass from Tarvaris Jackson in the third period. Baldwin, who is Seattle's leading receiver and has become the main option for Jackson, finished with seven receptions for 93 yards and his third TD catch of the season.
