McCluster has left Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos to be evaluated for a head and neck injury. The Chiefs said his return was questionable.|||||||
It was unclear when McCluster was hurt, but the injury was announced at the beginning of the second half. McCluster had been active over the first 30 minutes, running twice for 23 yards and catching a game-high four passes for 21 yards.
McCluster has left Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints after being injured in the third quarter.|||||||
McCluster hurt his shoulder, which had been bothering him during the week, leaving his status as questionable coming into the game. His injury occurred when fell after making a short catch, letting the ball go moments before he would have been touched down by cornerback Jabari Greer. Officials initially ruled McCluster down, but the call was changed on replay review to a fumble recovered by New Orleans.
