The Jets announced Monday that they signed DE Jay Richardson and S DeAngelo Smith.
Browns claim CB Smith off waivers
The Browns claimed CB DeAngelo Smith, who played briefly for them last season, off waivers from Detroit on Wednesday. They also waived DB Matterral Richardson.
