Lions coach Jim Schwartz disclosed the injury Monday. Levy was injured in Saturday's preseason game against Cleveland, his first action since a back injury. Levy will now miss the final preseason game against Buffalo and is a question mark for the Sept. 12 regular-season opener in Chicago.
