General manager Buddy Nix says he informed Nelson's agent of the decision Sunday. The Bills reached a similar decision with receiver Donald Jones earlier this month.||||||| The move wasn't entirely a surprise for Nelson, who anticipated the possibility after the Bills fired coach Chan Gailey. Doug Marrone was hired to take over last month. An undrafted free agent out of Florida, Nelson was a dependable contributor during his first two years, with a combined 92 catches for 1,011 yards and eight touchdowns.
