The Oakland Raiders have signed Loper in a move that adds depth to their offensive line. The team announced the move Friday. He appeared in 40 games for the Titans, but did not make a start.||||||| Loper will be asked to help protect new quarterback Jason Campbell. Brandon Rodd had been the only true guard backing up Robert Gallery and Cooper Carlisle before the move.
