Graham says he has no plans to retire and thinks he can play another three or four seasons in the NFL following his release from the Denver Broncos.||||||| The nine-year veteran was cut Wednesday, one day before he was due a $1 million roster bonus. He had one year and $4.2 million left on the five-year, $30 million deal he signed with Denver as a free agent in 2006.

The Broncos have released nine-year veteran tight end Daniel Graham.||||||| Graham grew up in Denver, where his father, Tom, played linebacker for the Broncos from 1972-74. He was a 2002 first-round draft pick of the New England Patriots after a standout career at Colorado and joined the Broncos in 2007. Graham's play slipped last season, when he had 18 catches for 148 yards but dropped a number of passes.

Graham won't be charged after his arrest on suspicion of harassment against his former girlfriend.||||||| Prosecutors told a judge Friday they won't file charges. Graham was arrested Jan. 11 after his former girlfriend, also the mother of his child, told deputies he struck a bedpost during an argument about the sale of their home. She also said she told him numerous times to leave, but he refused. Graham's lawyer, Harvey Steinberg, said Graham was arrested before a full and fair investigation was done.

Graham was arrested on a charge of harassing his ex-girlfriend. The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department said the 29-year-old Graham was arrested Friday on suspicion of criminal mischief and harassment and released on a personal recognizance bond.||||||| The woman told deputies on Thursday that Graham hit and damaged a bedpost after the couple argued over the sale of their home, and that he refused to leave. She said the incident occurred Sunday.
