General manager Ruston Webster says both players are established veterans with plenty of starting experience who can help add to competition with the Titans. Spencer is an eight-year veteran with 89 starts in his 105 games played.

The 29-year-old Spencer was the 26th overall pick by Seattle in the 2005 draft. The Bears allowed a league-leading 56 sacks, and although the protection improved as the season wore on, that unit remains a big question mark, particularly with its leader now gone.
