The Jags have signed West off Green Bay's practice squad.||||||| West joined the Packers as an undrafted rookie in 2010 and spent the entire season on the club's practice squad. He led the Packers in the 2011 preseason with eight receptions for 153 yards. West might play Sunday at Carolina. Receivers Jason Hill (hip) and Kassim Osgood (hamstring) are recovering from injuries, and it's unclear whether they will be ready.
