Agent Carl Poston said in a phone interview that Woodson spent all day Wednesday in sessions with the 49ers and was happy with the time he spent around the organization. He left the Bay Area early Thursday, Poston said.

He missed nine games during the 2012 regular season because of a broken right collarbone and played in two postseason games with Green Bay.
