The Daily Record of Morristown, N.J., reports Tuesday that Thomas is applying for admission into a probation program that requires no admission of guilt. The newspaper reports that Thomas, scheduled to become a free agent in March, was arrested Oct. 31, according to Morristown Superior Court records. In a statement, the Jets say they are "aware of the report," and declined comment "until the legal process has run its course."
