Linebacker Bryan Scott says he's signed a one-year contract to remain with the Buffalo Bills, and forego the chance to become an unrestricted free agent next week. Scott first announced the signing on his Twitter account Wednesday. He confirmed it to The Associated Press by phone from his offseason home in Atlanta.|||||||
Scott is a 10-year veteran, who has spent the past six seasons in Buffalo, where he's filled various roles. Scott has played linebacker and safety and been a regular on special teams.

Scott is a nine-year veteran, who will return to Buffalo for a sixth season. Listed at 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds, Scott is a versatile role player, who can play both safety and linebacker. He had two interceptions, one sack and recovered a fumble for a touchdown in 16 games, including seven starts, last season.
