Binns has been awarded to the Miami Dolphins off waivers from Cincinnati.||||||| Binns, an undrafted free agent in 2011, had 18 catches for 210 yards and one touchdown with the Bengals this season. He was with Jacksonville last season.

Cincinnati waived Binns on Saturday.||||||| Binns played in eight games, starting two, and had 18 catches for 210 yards and a touchdown.
