The Giants terminated the contract of Molden.||||||| New York is short-handed at defensive back so Molden clearly was not cutting it. Therefore he was cut.

The Giants have signed Molden, a former Patriots defensive back.||||||| Molden was claimed on waivers by the Patriots in September and appeared in all 19 games, making two starts. He had a career-high 28 tackles with two interceptions. He also had 11 special teams tackles in the regular season and seven total in three postseason games.

On Sunday, Molden broke his ankle in that game and will miss the remainder of the season.||||||| Molden played in all 14 games this season before being injured, mostly on special teams.
