The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to acquire Boldin from the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens for an undisclosed pick in this April's draft.||||||| The deal, announced by the team shortly after the start of the free agency period Tuesday, is pending a physical. Boldin was a big key in Baltimore's 34-31 Super Bowl victory against the 49ers. He made six catches for 104 yards and a touchdown and also had five receptions for 60 yards and two TDs in a victory over New England in the AFC title game.

The San Francisco 49ers have acquired Boldin from the Baltimore Ravens for a sixth-round draft pick.||||||| Boldin, a star in Baltimore's run to the Super Bowl title last season, must pass a physical to complete the deal. The Ravens announced the trade Monday. Boldin had six catches for 104 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens' 34-31 Super Bowl victory over the 49ers. The 32-year-old Boldin had said he'd consider retirement rather than leave Baltimore. But going to the NFC champions might change his mind.

Boldin caught five passes for 60 yards and two TDs in Sunday's AFC title game win over the overrated Pats.||||||| Boldin's size against New England's weak and banged-up secondary was the difference.

After being inactive for the first time this season for the regular-season finale, Boldin was in the lineup for Sunday's playoff game versus Indianapolis.||||||| Boldin has a bruised shoulder, but it does not seem serious.

Boldin had seven catches for 93 yards as the Ravens defeated the New York Giants 33-14 Sunday to end a three-game losing streak to secure their second straight division crown.||||||| Boldin left with a shoulder injury and likely won't play against the Bengals next week.
