Mack had an appendectomy on Oct. 3, one day after playing all 87 snaps against the Titans despite being ill. Mack was on the field with his teammates for practice Wednesday, but only as an observer. He stood to the side and watched his the Browns offensive line did drills. Coach Pat Shurmur remains hopeful that he'll have one of his best players Sunday when the Browns (2-2) visit the Raiders (3-2).
Mack scored the final touchdown on a 67-yard pass play that featured two laterals with 16 seconds left in the AFC's wild 55-41 Pro Bowl loss.|||||||
