Branch has played in all 32 games at nose tackle the past two seasons for Arizona. Last season, Branch made three starts and recorded a career-high 35 tackles.
According to the Arizona Republic, Branch has a fractured left hand and won't play Monday night against San Francisco.|||||||
Branch, the Cardinals' backup nose tackle, will be re-evaluated Tuesday. Gabe Watson remains the starting nose tackle, and Rodney Bailey will take over as the No. 2.
