5 players for the Cleveland Browns to decide whether or not to re-sign

Terrelle Pryor leads a short list of key veteran Browns free agents

WR Terrelle Pryor: The Browns’ most likely candidate for a franchise tag, Pryor had a breakout 2016 campaign with 77 catches for 1,007 yards and four touchdowns. He is far and away the team’s best player at a skill position, and with so many questions on offense, why not find a way to keep Pryor for the long-term? With only one season of production under his belt (Pryor had a total of two catches from 2011-15), he won’t be a top-of-the-market player, but still important enough to keep in Cleveland.
