The Eagles and Seahawks swapped defensive ends in a trade Tuesday, with Philadelphia landing Darryl Tapp and Seattle getting Chris Clemons. Other notable moves included the Jets re-signing FB Tony Richardson and the Titans re-signing TE Bo Scaife.
