Arizona Cardinals

Defense/Special Teams • Cardinals

Bottom Line

The Cardinals ranked sixth in yardage allowed last season and yielded only 4.9 yards per play. Arizona’s safety combo of Antoine Bethea and young Budda Baker is top drawer, and CB Patrick Peterson remains one of the best cover men in the league, but the CB spot opposite Peterson is a concern, and the Cardinals no longer have enviable depth in the secondary following the departures of SS Tyrann Mathieu and CB Tramon Williams. OLB Chandler Jones was the NFL sack champion with 17 last year, but the Cards have some holes in their front seven.
