Strong Points: Productive pass rusher (20.5 sacks the past two seasons). Effective vs. the run (33.5 tackles for loss over the same span). Good arm length. Excellent athlete with speed, quickness and body control. Comes off the ball very quickly. Quick to read and react. Knows how to use his hands. Plays bigger than his size because of his strength, explosion and arm length. Good pursuit player.

Weak Points: Marginal size. Played down at ODU but might have to stand up as a linebacker in the NFL. No experience dropping into coverage. Non-factor on some plays. Gets overpowered at times because of his lack of size.

The Way We See It: Ximines is a very interesting prospect from a non-Power 5 school. Scouts and decision-makers know him well, as many visited ODU. Ximines is at his best as an edge pass rusher using his get-off, explosiveness and rush arsenal. He is very good at redirecting his charge. He plays the run well because he is instinctive and quickly locates the ball. Although he can get overpowered, Ximines uses his hands so well that he often escapes. He is a very good chase player who takes good angles to the ball. He has growth potential to 255 pounds but most likely will be a 3-4 outside backer because 4-3 clubs tend to prefer bigger defensive ends. However, Ximines must prove he can drop into coverage. He's an interesting prospect to track throughout the workout season and will probably make a number of visits to clubs.
