Strong Points: Great size and very good strength. Very large receiving radius and knows how to use it effectively. Going to win most jump balls. Very productive. Good athlete who plays faster than timed and can change direction. Works his way back to the ball very well. Consistently good blocker. Played both inside and outside. Very good vertical receiver. Strong with the ball in his hands after the catch. Competes for the ball in traffic and wins most of the time. Quick release and difficult to jam or re-route.
Weak Points: Seems to have some tightness in his hips. Not a true burner, but he plays fast. Not a return guy. Did not play in the North Carolina State bowl game. Combine workout was not as good as anticipated.
The Way We See It: Harmon, a third-year junior, started four games as a true freshman before becoming a full-time starter the past two seasons. He's big and plays bigger because of his strength, and had a very productive career at NC State with 177 receptions and 16 touchdowns. With his size and receiving radius, he can be equally effective both short and long. Harmon had some dominating games in 2018 (Syracuse, Wake Forest). His experience playing inside will help him at the next level. A tough guy to cover one on one because of his route running and ability to adjust to the ball, he should contribute right away at the NFL level.
