Strong Points: Productive. Sure hands. Very quick out of cuts. Good route runner -- knows how to find the seams in zone coverage. Athletic with great body control and quickness. Four-year starter. Dangerous after the catch.
Weak Points: Too small. Too slow. Short arms and small hands. Other than that, he's fine.
The Way We See It: Renfrow walked on at Clemson in 2014, letting his playmaking skills do the talking -- and earning him a scholarship the next year. After redshirting as a true freshman, he was the starter his final four seasons, finishing his prolific career with 186 catches and 15 touchdowns. He plays mainly as a slot receiver, where he is quick off the line and very polished as a route runner. Renfrow has terrific body control and can cut on a dime. He isn't the fastest guy, but he finds a way to separate. Despite short arms and small hands, he snatches everything away from his body and can create after the catch. Evaluators said Wes Welker and Julian Edelman were too small and too slow, and they went on to have great NFL careers. The same could happen with Refrow. Don't make the mistake of telling him he can't play.
