Strong Points: Big, strong and durable. Big-play threat. Excellent kick return skills. Very good vision; quick to the hole, yet patient to set up blocks. Good cut-back skills and can make a cut in the hole. Shows the ability to make people miss in tight or in space. Very good athlete with speed and body control. Great balance after contact and can consistently get yards on his own. Productive runner both inside and out. Has good-to-very good hands and is a solid short route runner. Eight return touchdowns in his career.

Weak Points: First year as the bell cow runner for San Diego State. While he is a willing blocker, he needs to get better position and learn how to use his hands. Played in a conference that has weak defenses.

The Way We See It: Fourth-year senior. 2017 was his first year as the main running back for San Diego State. Split time with 2017 Eagles fourth-rounder Donnel Pumphrey in the past. Proved to be a big-time player in 2017, rushing for 2,248 yards and 23 touchdowns. Also had 19 receptions for 135 yards (7.1 YPC) and two touchdowns. Ran for over 200 yards six times in 2017. Dangerous combination of great size, athleticism, strength, power and speed. Can bang between the tackles or get to the edges with very good run instincts. With his size and power, he never gets knocked backwards and finishes every run. Very reliable receiver out of the backfield. Will need work to improve his blocking. Can come in and start right away and should be a very good NFL running back.
