Buccaneers are 2-0 against the spread in the preseason but are without QB Josh Freeman (thumb).
BALTIMORE -4 vs. N.Y. Giants (37.5)
Giants QB Eli Manning retuns after missing last week.
HOUSTON -3 vs. Dallas (40)
Big tune-up for the Texans, who play open with Colts.
MINNESOTA -5.5 vs. Seattle (38)
Vikings' opener is less than two weeks away. QB Brett Favre starts for the Vikings and will get his most extended action of the preseason.
CAROLINA -3 vs. Tennessee (36.5)
Titans' defense has stepped up in preeason.
CHICAGO -3.5 vs. Arizona (37)
Cardinals' offense has been better with Derek Anderson, but Bears' offense is superior overall, and with first-stringers playing — and WR Larry Fitzgerald, the most important member of the Cards' offense, out — Chicago has an edge here.
OAKLAND -1 vs. San Francisco (36)
WR Michael Crabtree and RB Frank Gore will reportedly play for San Francisco, but only briefly, and TE Vernon Davis is out.
