In the final game of the second full week of preseason games, the Titans are four-point favorites Monday night vs. the Cardinals, and the prevailing Over-Under is 37.

Both teams covered in their preseason openers, and both clubs has their games go Over the total.

Handicappers looking beyond this game may primarily focus on the battle between Arizona's first-string offense (particularly Cardinals QBs Matt Leinart and Derek Anderson) and Tennessee's first-string defense. Leinart, slated to be Arizona's starter, completed 6-of-7 passes for 49 yards in his preseason debut. Anderson completed 13-of-22 passes for 88 yards and a TD, but he also threw two picks.

The Titans' defense will be without CB Cortland Finnegan, and rookie CB Alterraun Verner has said, via Twitter, that he will start. Verner, a fourth-round pick from UCLA, is an interesting prospect. How he and the Titans' secondary fares bears watching. for Tennessee must become more sound vs. the pass this season to improve off of its 8-8 mark in 2009.
