The Seahawks have some new running backs, one who Pete Carroll is very familiar with.

LenDale White, who never really has developed despite being effective in some goal-line situations, will reunite with Carroll in Seattle and will have a chance to be a part of a threesome (foursome?) in a revamped backfield.

White is fine, but I want to talk about Leon Washington, whom they picked up from the Jets. If he's healthy, the Seahawks got a very good player. He has some similar skills to Justin Forsett but carries more bulk and should be an impact guy on returns, too.

White, Washington and Forsett … what about Julius Jones? he could be kept as part of the foursome, but he could be dealt.

Interesting stuff. The Seahawks had gotten a little dull the past few years. Hard to say that so far this offseason.
