I really enjoyed talking with Indiana OT Rodger Saffold at the Combine. I thought he was mature and well-spoken, and he has a really nice story, too.

Oh yeah. He can play football, too. The thinking was that he would move from left tackle in college to another position in the pros, but I don't think he'd embarrass himself there in the NFL.

Pencil him in at right tackle in St. Louis, but Saffold also could be a guard.

So you have Jason Smith and Saffold at the tackles, which means the much disdained Alex Barron goes to the bench, or perhaps the unemployment line.

Sam Bradford just got a little better, I think. And the Rams' offense is starting to take shape slowly.
