The North pulled away again from the South in the third quarter at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.

North QB Dan LeFevour sneaked in for a one-yard TD run after Oregon RB LaGarrette Blount pushed the pile seven yards. An extra point put head coach Jim Schwartz's team ahead 24-13, and that's the way the score stayed until the end of the quarter. South head coach Tony Sparano put Tim Tebow back into the game at quarterback, but he was unable to energize the team's offense.

The North will have 3rd-and-goal from the one-yard line when the fourth quarter begins.
