Most of the Vegas books whose line movements are tracked by VegasInsider.com have bumped the Week One Vikings-Browns line up by a half-point. The Vikings are favored by as many as four points vs. the rebuilding Browns.
Favre was solid in last season's opener, throwing for 194 yards and a pair of TDs as the Jets, three-point road favorites, defeated Miami 20-14.
The Jets were 7-9 against the spread in Favre's starts in 2008. They failed to cover in his last five starts. Most glaringly, the Jets were favored by at least a field goal in each of those final five games.
