If there is an NFL game on the schedule, you can bet on it. Such is the case even with the Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio on Aug. 9. The Titans have been installed as favorites over the Bills, with the prevailing line Tennessee minus-3 and the prevailing Over-Under 31. From the looks of this covers.com line-movement tracker, we can see that there has been a little bit of interest in the Under, which opened a half-point higher at a couple places.

You don't see big favorites and big totals in preseason games for a couple of factors. One, the games are meaningless. Two, starters typically don't play much, meaning the game is often decided by players who are, at best, practice-squad candidates.
