Isn't it funny that all throughout this process, talking about how Pat White would be a great "Wildcat" or single-wing QB in the NFL, did anyone really think he would end up in MIami? Maybe locally, but I can tell you that the White-Dolphins connection never was mentioned to me when I was on the phone with anyone this offseason.

And yet it makes perfect sense.

But I'll say this: Though White might be a quarterback at some point, he probably will be a slot receiver and returner right away. And, of course, single-wing quarterback on the team that turned back the clock on this legendary offense last season.

What a nice risk to take. White might be a QB in a few years. I really think this was a great choice because I just can't see him flunking. White will be something, and whatever it is I think it's worth this mid-second-rounder. 

And this was the second-rounder they got in the Jason Taylor trade. Interesting.
