The Broncos just traded into the final spot in Round Two to draft TE Richard Quinn, a big hoss of a blocker in the run game. Think Daniel Graham, actually. Quinn didn't catch the ball much in college because the Tar Heels were loaded at wide receiver, but the word is the kid can catch.

Anyway, Round Two is done -- and so am I. We'll be starting back up bright and early with a few dispatches from home before I head into the office. BUt I'll be here all day, spewing interesting tidbits on the second day of the draft.

All in all, an interesting first day -- as much for what didn't happen (veteran trades) as what did (Sebastian Vollwho?? Mike Mitchwhah?!). Oh yeah, and the Mark Sanchez trade too.
