A jovial Bill Belichick spoke with the NFL Network staff, including his buddy Mike Mayock, and says the chances of the Patriots trading into the top 10 are "less than zero."

He then asked, rhetorically, "Who would I be trading up there for, Mike?"

That was followed by lots of awkward laughter by all, followed by some choppy praise between Jon Gruden and Belichick, who recently coached some kids in Florida and apparently also love each other. It was nice TV.

So there you have it: You can forget those Pats-to-No. 8 rumors. Now the Jets to eight? Hmm ... maybe.
