PFW Inner Circle HELP

If you are experiencing problems using our PFW Inner Circle services, here are a few tips that might help you out ...

NOTE: If you never received a confirmation email from Pro Football Weekly indicating that you had a temporary logon or if you never received your permanent logon information, then you may be blocking email from our automated-response account: pfwserv@pfwmedia.com. Please make sure that your email account will accept mail from this sender because it is the official automated email account of the Inner Circle.

Click here to send us an e-mail, but you must include the following information in order for us to process your request:

• e-mail address used when account was set up
• name (first, last)
• address (city, state, zip)

You will receive an email response from our Customer Service Department using pfwmail@pfwmedia.com. Please make sure that your email account will accept mail from this sender as well.

1. Log on to the site using your Inner Circle Customer ID and E-mail Address.
2. From the home page, in the left hand grey column (the navigation bar) select PFW Online.
3. Still in the lefthand grey column, PFW Online is now gold and there are 8 new links to choose from under it:

4. The first two links will answer other questions you may have about this premium service. If you are new to this service, click on "PFW Online Help" to get started viewing the current or archived issues or go right to the list of this season's issues by clicking on Volume 22 - 2007.

4. Select the "Premium E-Pubs." You will see a summary list of all of the electronic books that only PFW Online premium subscribers can access.

How do I get to the Handicapping Inner Circle premium content?

1. Log on to the site using your Inner Circle Customer ID and E-mail Address.
2. From the home page, in the left hand grey column (the navigation bar) select Handicapper's Corner.
3. Still in the lefthand grey column, Handicapper's Corner is now gold and there are 4 new links to choose from under it:
   
   

                      Handicapping Columns
                      Handicapping IC
                      PFW Staff Selections
                      Trends, Tips, and Timely Stats

4. Select the "Handicapping Inner Circle." You will see a summary list of all of the articles that only Handicapping Inner Circle premium subscribers can access.
