Spend your draft weekend with us
April 25, 2008
Continuing our annual tradition for the NFL draft, ProFootballWeekly.com will cover both days of the draft April 26-27, from wire to wire.
On Saturday we'll begin by posting PFW personnel analyst Nolan Nawrocki's final mock draft in the morning, and our coverage of the draft will begin shortly after 3 p.m. EDT. Nawrocki will provide his expert commentary on every single draft selection in the first two rounds, explaining the player’s likely role with his new team. Other PFW editors will offer commentary on each of the top 10 picks on our main Web site, and they’ll also offer some off-the-cuff reactions to the draft in our draft blog. We'll also have some commentary in the form of "Ask the Experts" and "Difference of Opinion."
On Sunday, Nawrocki will provide his random impressions on various selections in each round of the draft's second day.
On both days of the draft, we’ll continuously update a list ranking the top prospects regardless of position, so that it shows which of the highly rated players are still on the board at any given time. And, our real-time recap of each round will show you who has been drafted and by which team. You can also follow our round-by-round draft order, which will be updated to reflect trades made over the weekend.
After the draft ends, we'll have complete lists of the draft selections by round, by team, by position, by school and alphabetical, as well as a recap of the draft trades.
On Monday, we'll provide a post-mortem, with team-by-team analysis and grades giving our opinion as to who fared best and who did the worst.
It’s our biggest event of the year. You won’t want to miss it.
