1) San Diego traded the rights to its first-round selection, QB Eli Manning, to the New York Giants for the rights to the Giants' first-round selection, QB Philip Rivers, third-round (No. 65) pick, and 2005 first- and fifth-round picks. San Diego selected Iowa PK Nate Kaeding with the No. 65 pick.

2) Detroit traded its first-round pick (No. 6) to Cleveland for the Browns' first- and second-round picks (Nos. 7 and 37). Cleveland selected Miami (Fla.) TE Kellen Winslow with the No. 6 pick. Detroit selected Texas WR Roy Williams and Oklahoma LB Teddy Lehman with the Nos. 7 and 37 picks.

3) San Francisco traded its first-round pick (No. 16) to Philadelphia for the Eagles' first- and second-round picks (Nos. 28 and 58). Philadelphia selected Arkansas OT Shawn Andrews with the No. 16 pick. San Francisco traded No. 28 to Carolina (see trade #8) and selected Pittsburgh CB Shawntae Spencer with the No. 58 pick.

4) Minnesota traded its first-round pick (No. 19) to Miami for the Dolphins' first- and fourth-round picks (Nos. 20 and 119). Miami selected Miami (Fla.) OT Vernon Carey with the No. 19 pick. Minnesota selected USC DE Kenechi Udeze with the No. 20 pick and Tulane RB Mewelde Moore with the No. 119 pick.

5) Dallas traded its first-round pick (No. 22) to Buffalo for the Bills' second- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 43 and 144) and 2005 first-round pick. Buffalo selected Tulane QB J.P. Losman with the No. 22 pick. Dallas selected Notre Dame RB Julius Jones with the No. 43 pick and Boston College TE Sean Ryan with the No. 144 pick.

6) Cincinnati traded its first-round pick (No. 24) to St. Louis for the Rams' first- and fourth-round picks (Nos. 26 and 123). St. Louis selected Oregon State RB Steven Jackson with the No. 24 pick. Cincinnati selected Michigan RB Chris Perry with the No. 26 pick and Mississippi OT Stacy Andrews with the No. 123 pick.

7) Tennessee traded its first- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 27 and 159) to Houston for the Texans' second-, third-, fourth- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 40, 71, 103 and 138). Houston selected Western Michigan LB Jason Babin with the No. 27 pick and traded the No. 159 pick to Jacksonville. Tennessee selected Florida TE Ben Troupe with the No. 40 pick, Maryland DT Randy Starks with the No. 103 pick and Miami (Ohio) OG Jacob Bell with the No. 138 pick.

8) San Francisco traded its first-round pick (No. 28) to Carolina for the Panthers' first- and fourth-round picks (Nos. 31 and 127). Carolina selected Ohio State CB Chris Gamble with the No. 28 pick. San Francisco selected Oklahoma State WR Rashaun Woods with the No. 31 pick and Oregon State LB Richard Seigler with the No. 127 pick.

9) Indianapolis traded its first- and third-round picks (Nos. 29 and 90) to Atlanta for the Falcons' second-, third- and fourth-round picks (Nos. 38, 69 and 125). Atlanta selected Ohio State WR Michael Jenkins with the No. 29 pick and Virginia QB Matt Schaub with the No. 90 pick. Indianapolis traded the No. 38 pick to Pittsburgh (see trade #11) and selected Purdue LB Gilbert Gardner with the No. 69 pick and Washington State CB Jason David with the No. 125 pick.

10) Kansas City traded its first-round pick (No. 30) to Detroit for the Lions' second- and fourth-round picks (Nos. 36 and 105) and 2005 fifth-round pick. Detroit selected Virginia Tech RB Kevin Jones with the No. 30 pick. Kansas City selected Oregon DT Junior Siavii with the No. 36 pick and Oregon WR Samie Parker with the No. 105 pick.

11) Indianapolis traded its second-round pick (No. 38) to Pittsburgh for the Steelers' second- and fourth-round picks (Nos. 44 and 107). Pittsburgh selected Tusculum CB Ricardo Colclough with the No 38 pick. Indianapolis selected Iowa SS Bob Sanders with the No. 44 pick and Florida State LB Kendyll Pope with the No. 107 pick.

12) New Orleans traded its second-round pick (No. 48) to Minnesota for the Vikings' second- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 50 and 151). Minnesota selected Auburn LB Dontarrious Thomas with the No. 48 pick. New Orleans selected LSU WR Devery Henderson with the No. 50 pick and traded the No. 151 pick to Washington.

13) Green Bay traded its second-round pick (No. 55) to Jacksonville for the Jaguars' third- and fourth-round picks (Nos. 70 and 102). Jacksonville selected Florida State RB Greg Jones with the No. 55 pick. Green Bay selected Montana State CB Joey Thomas with the No. 70 pick and traded the No. 102 pick to Miami.

14) Indianapolis traded its second- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 59 and 161) to Cleveland for the Browns' third-, fifth- and sixth-round picks (Nos. 68, 141 and 173). Cleveland selected Georgia FS Sean Jones with the No. 59 pick and Stanford DL Amon Gordon with the No. 161 pick. Indianapolis selected Ohio State TE Ben Hartsock with the No. 68 pick, Idaho OT Jake Scott with the No. 141 pick and Mississippi CB Von Hutchins with the No. 173 pick.

15) Jacksonville traded its third-round pick (No. 72) to Green Bay for the Packers' third- and fourth-round picks (Nos. 86 and 118). Green Bay selected Clemson DT Donnell Washington with the No 72 pick. Jacksonville selected Nevada LB Jorge Cordova with the No. 86 pick and Delta State DT Anthony Maddox with the No. 118 pick.

16) New Orleans traded its third- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 81 and 151) to Washington for the Redskins' fifth-round pick (No. 139) and 2005 second-round pick. Washington selected Utah State TE Chris Cooley with the No. 81 pick and California OT Mark Wilson with the No. 151 pick. New Orleans selected UCLA DT Rodney Leisle with the No. 139 pick.

17) Minnesota traded its third-round pick (No. 82) to Baltimore for the Ravens' third- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 88 and 155). Baltimore selected Washington State WR Devard Darling with the No. 82 pick. Minnesota selected Ohio State DE Darrion Scott with the No. 88 pick and Southern Mississippi LB Rod Davis with the No. 155 pick.

18) Miami traded its third-round pick (No. 87) to Green Bay for the Packers' fourth- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 102 and 153). Green Bay selected Ohio State P B.J. Sander with the No. 87 pick. Miami selected USC CB Will Poole with the No. 102 pick and traded the No. 153 pick to Baltimore.

19) Chicago traded its fourth-round pick (No. 104) to San Francisco for the 49ers' fourth- and fifth-round picks (Nos. 112 and 147). San Francisco selected Hawaii DT Isaac Sopoaga with the No. 104 pick. Chicago selected Maryland LB Leon Joe with the No. 112 pick and Pittsburgh DE Claude Harriott with the No. 147 pick.

20) Baltimore traded its fourth-round pick (No. 120) to Jacksonville for WR Kevin Johnson. Jacksonville selected Virginia Tech WR Ernest Wilford with the No. 120 pick.

21) Miami traded its fifth-round pick (No. 153) to Baltimore for the Ravens' fifth- and seventh-round picks (Nos. 160 and 222). Baltimore selected Central Missouri State LB Roderick Green with the No. 153 pick. Miami selected Arkansas LB Tony Bua with the No. 160 pick and Alabama LB Derrick Pope with the No. 222 pick.

22) Dallas traded its fifth-round pick (No. 156) to New Orleans for the Saints' sixth- and seventh-round picks (Nos. 182 and 206). New Orleans selected Arizona State RB Mike Karney with the No. 156 pick. Dallas traded the No. 182 pick to Oakland (see trade #27) and traded the No. 206 pick to Tampa Bay (see trade #28).

23) Kansas City traded its fifth-round pick (No. 162) and a 2005 fourth-round pick (it subsequently became a third-round pick) to Philadelphia for OG John Welbourn. Philadelphia selected Minnesota RB Thomas Tapeh with the No. 162 pick.

24) Houston traded its fifth-round pick (No. 159) to Jacksonville for the Jaguars' sixth- and seventh-round picks (Nos. 175 and 210). Jacksonville selected Illinois OT Sean Bubin with the No. 159 pick. Houston selected Nebraska FS Jammal Lord with the No. 175 pick and Rutgers LB Raheem Orr with the No. 210 pick.

25) Atlanta traded its sixth-round pick (No. 174) to Miami for the Dolphins' sixth- and seventh-round picks (Nos. 186 and 219). Miami selected Houston OG Rex Hadnot with the No. 174 pick. Atlanta selected Southern Mississippi FS Etric Pruitt with the No. 186 pick and West Virginia RB Quincy Wilson with the No. 219 pick.

26) San Francisco traded its sixth-round pick (No. 179) to Green Bay for the Packers' sixth- and seventh-round picks (Nos. 188 and 226). Green Bay selected Arkansas State DT Corey Williams with the No. 179 pick. San Francisco selected Pittsburgh P Andy Lee with the No. 188 pick and Syracuse DT Christian Ferrara with the No. 226 pick.

27) Dallas traded its sixth-round pick (No. 182) to Oakland for two Raiders seventh-round picks (Nos. 205 and 223). Oakland selected North Texas LB Cody Spencer with the No. 182 pick. Dallas selected Rutgers CB Nathan Jones with the No. 205 pick and Purdue CB Jacques Reeves with the No. 223 pick.

28) Dallas traded its seventh-round pick (No. 206) to Tampa Bay for FB Darian Barnes and the Buccaneers’ seventh-round pick (No. 216). Tampa Bay selected Tennessee WR Mark Jones with the No. 206 pick. Dallas selected Northwest Oklahoma State WR Patrick Crayton with the No. 216 pick.
